Richard Gray, a co-owner, is a real Mainer. During his teenage years, Richard was a full-time lobsterman until he entered the military at 19. Eventually, Richard settled in Waynesville, NC and pursued his passion by opening Wicked Fresh Seafood serving authentic Maine Lobster Rolls, New England Clam Chowder as well as delicious Seafood Tacos, Crab Cake, Lobster Grilled Cheese and more. Richard and business partner Maria Cintron wanted to expand their business and met David Reilly an entrepreneur who was eager to support their vision which led to the launch of the Wicked Fresh Maine Lobster Food Truck and Store.

Military Service
We are proud to be associated with our great military men and women. A co-owner of Wicked Fresh Maine Lobster is a combat veteran who served our country for 7 years. We support our veterans with community involvement and a 10% discount on all orders from our truck.
